We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.

8. Returns and Refunds

In summary:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Certain items such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
