Overview
At Idripify, we want you to love everything you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read this policy carefully before making a return request.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
In addition to your statutory rights, Idripify offers an extended 30-day returns window on all orders, giving you extra peace of mind when shopping with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at returns@idripify.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
Step 2 — Pack Your Item Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return quickly.
Step 3 — Post Your Return Send your return to the address provided in our reply email. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4 — Refund Processed Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, please contact us at returns@idripify.com and we will provide a free prepaid return label.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Klarna & Clearpay Refunds If you paid using Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be applied to your instalment plan. Any amounts already paid will be refunded, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled or reduced accordingly. Please allow up to 14 days for Buy Now Pay Later refunds to be fully processed.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible, as stock availability changes frequently.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@idripify.com with the following:
We will offer you one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:
You will not be required to return a faulty item in all cases. We will advise you on this when reviewing your claim.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@idripify.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange collection of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item to you free of charge, or issue a full refund if the correct item is no longer available.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
If your parcel is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because it was not collected from a delivery depot, we will contact you. You will have the option to:
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at returns@idripify.com or via our website. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard returns process after delivery.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow the returns process outlined in Section 3.
